Average tropospheric NO2 column density for the period 7 to 13 October 2019 as measured by S5p/TROPOMI. Compared to the previous weeks, NO2 columns are in general smaller and more confined to the location of the individual emission sources. This is probably related to a shorter atmospheric lifetime of NOx compared to the previous weeks. Source: Max Planck Institute for Chemistry
